  • We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, PromptPay QR, and Bank Transfer through our secure payment gateway.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination (typically 2-5 business days).
  • The Company is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or third-party logistics carriers.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Exceptions: Custom-made products, cut-to-size items (e.g., specific length pipes), or Clearance Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days after we have received and inspected the returned items.
