  • Custom-cut products (e.g., pipes cut to specific lengths) once the cutting process has begun.
  • Made-to-order items once production has started. As these items are customized to your specifications, they cannot be resold.

  • The product is out of stock or unavailable.
  • There is a pricing or product description error on the website.
  • The order is flagged as potentially fraudulent. In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.
